A World Not Hungry

What We Fight For

RoundTable envisions a world where financial insecurity is not a cause of hunger in America. We hope to achieve this and help those affected by unemployment or underemployment by alleviating hunger and supporting local businesses by mobilizing donations to those in need.

RoundTable reaches a number of different communities across America. Choose the community below that you would like to help or learn more about.

COVID-19's Effects

Children Face Increased Food Insecurity

30 million children depend on free school lunches, according to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). With COVID-19 putting a tremendous strain on children’s ability to go to school, many American children face an even larger fight against hunger. It is critical that we support these children and their families in overcoming both hunger and COVID-19’s pressures.

Local Restaurants Struggle to Survive

In April, 3% of American restaurants had closed permanently due to COVID-19, according to a member of the National Restaurant Association. We must support our local restaurants, now more than ever, so no more have to make the ultimate choice of closure.

Skyrocketing Unemployment Rates

Since mid-March, almost 41 million Americans have filed for unemployment benefits, rates not seen since the Great Depression.
